REPLACEMENT & REFUNDS POLICY

We want our Look Gorgeous Girls to absolutely love their products!

We do our best to ensure you have an amazing customer experience, however we do not refund returns for change of mind. We offer a free replacement or store credit.

We offer one free replacement per order (we loose all profits doing this but value our Look Gorgeous Girls). For any replacements after your first free one, we charge $10 to cover processing and shipping costs.

Our replacement policy lasts 30 days (after you receive your order). To be eligible for a replacement, you must send through images of the products you received, unused and in the same condition that you received it.

If you received the wrong product, color or variant, we will simply ship the correct variant without requiring you to return the one you have got.

REFUNDS

Refunds are only issued in the event of a manufacturing fault and the item cannot be replaced or mended. To be eligible for a refund you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

What is the hair quality like?

How does the extension stay on? I’m worried it will fall off.

No, your invisible hair extensions won’t fall off when worn properly. Because of the angle it sits, the extension will fit securely on your head. It might feel a bit unusual in the beginning but you’ll start to feel more comfortable the more you wear it, and the more times you check yourself out in the mirror, phone, or reflection of the shop window.

I have really thin hair. Will it work for me?

Our extensions were made for you. Literally. They work best on girls with thin hair, as finer ends tend to blend better with our extension ends, creating a much more natural look.

They sit quite low on your head, too, so you can pull plenty of your own hair over the band to cover it. So even if you’re worried about your fine hair not quite covering enough, know it’s pretty rare. Like having Justin Timberlake write a song about you rare.
